This angsty romance is a standalone all about first love and second chances.
It’s raw and personal and awesome & I hope you love it as much as I do.
(There’s an awesome cast of characters who could be part of a series. If the demand is there 😉 Just saying)
Delilah
My hands go to his shoulders.
My crotch connects with his.
My lips brush his.
It’s soft. Then harder.
He presses his palm into my lower back. Brings the other to the back of my head.
Holds me closer.
Kisses back harder.
All the electricity in the air flows through my veins.
I’m kissing Trent.
And he’s kissing me.
And it’s everything. Like something out of a Disney movie. A perfect castle, a starry sky, fireworks exploding in pinks and blues.
His fingers curling into my skin.
His tongue slipping into my mouth.
He pulls back with a heavy sigh. Brushes a stray hair behind my ear. “Let’s go out tonight. Celebrate.”
“I’m only eighteen.”
“You don’t have to get drunk to celebrate, Del.”
“And even if you did, you have your ways?”
His smile spreads wider. Ear to ear.
My heart thuds against my chest.
He has such a gorgeous smile. It’s the sunshine on a cloudy day. It’s a sweater on a cold morning. It’s oxygen.
I nod. “I get off at four.”
“See you then.” He presses his lips to mine. It’s soft, sweet, a goodbye kiss.
But it lingers on my lips.
In the air.
In my heart.

Thanks so much! I’d love to return to the Stone Family, but I’m not yet sure when (or if) that will happen. Stay tuned!
